2009 AAYLP Application PDF Print E-mail

 

The African-American Youth Leadership Program (AAYLP), a division of the Research and Policy Institute of California, is seeking applicants for its 2009 African-American Youth Leadership Conference.  California high school students eligible to graduate in 2010 or 2011 are invited to apply.

After downloading the application, you may either:

  • Save a copy the application to your computer (be sure to rename the file something that you will remember).  Once the application is saved to your computer, you can then type in  your responses and print out the finished.  Please note that the content entered into the fillable application CANNOT BE SAVED.  You will need to print the document immediately to avoid losing the information you have entered.
  • Print a copy and complete it by hand or manual typewriter.

  

There are three ways in which you may return your application:

  • Via US Mail: You may mail your completed and signed application to
    AAYLP, Applications Committee

    Note: If you choose this method, your application must be postmarked by April 25, 2009.
  • Via E-mail:  You may e-mail a scanned copy of your completed application to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  You may either e-mail a scanned copy of a signed application or e-mail and electronic copy of the application.
    Note:  If you choose this method, your application must be received by April 25, 2009.
  • Via Fax: You may fax your completed and signed application to (916) 265-1991.
    Note:  If you choose this method, your application must be received by April 25, 2009.
