The Research and Policy Institute of California’s (RPIC) 2007 Legislative Reception was an outstanding event!!! Our gathering attracted a bipartisan guest list of over 30 Members of the California State Legislature, and almost 200 attendees. Held at the beautiful Nineteen Ten Art Gallery, the reception commemorated the California Legislative Black Caucus’ 40 years of service (1967 to 2007) while honoring its current Members.
